Management Admission Guide: BBA, Integrated MBA and MBA Routes
How management admission works at each stage — BBA after Class 12, integrated programmes, and MBA/PGDM after graduation.
By Grave Minds Editorial Team · Published · 5 min read

You can enter management education at three points. Each has its own tests and timeline.
After Class 12: BBA and similar degrees
Many universities admit BBA students through their own tests — for example NMIMS NPAT and the Symbiosis Entrance Test — or through a direct process with an interview, as at CHRIST.
After Class 12: integrated MBA
Some institutes offer five-year integrated management programmes. Admission routes are institute-specific; check each programme’s official page.
After graduation: MBA and PGDM
Postgraduate admission runs through national tests such as CAT, XAT and NMAT, and institution tests such as SNAP. Most schools follow the test with further selection rounds.
A simple timeline
- Decide your entry point and target programmes.
- List the tests each programme accepts.
- Register within each official window.
- Prepare for post-test rounds: writing, discussion, interview.
